Howard University Homecoming 1995

The phenomenon that is Howard University's homecoming is an event as important as any college sports based event in world. Appearances from celebrities including actors, musical artist and even political figures elicits no stupefaction . Here, we highlight the 1995 edition that saw appearances from Biz Markie, Puff Daddy and Biggie Smalls.
